Logging into your account
Getting logged into your account is pretty simple – all you need is your email address and password (case sensitive)
To login in, click on the user icon 'Hi There! Your Account', then ‘Sign In’. Simply enter your login details and you should be taken to your account dashboard screen.
If you have forgotten your password, don’t worry! Just click on ‘Sign In’, then ‘Forgotten Password?’. Simply enter your email address and the system will email you with a temporary password to get you back into your account. This password can then be changed to something more memorable.
Buying your favourite products on the webstore is an easy process. Our quicklists function allows you to create a list of favourites which can be restrited to yourself or for everyone within your organisation. To add a product to a quicklist, just find your product and click on '+ Add to quicklist'
Once you have logged into your account, you will be able to view any contract products and prices which have been agreed with your account manager. To access your contract products, simply click on your Contract Items icon at the top of the page and all items on contract will be there, just add to your basket as usual.
You can also access your contract items from your account dashboard menu which will appear on the right hand side of the screen when you click on my account at the top.
