DELIVERIES

Paperplus (UK) Ltd provide a free next working day delivery service for account orders, placed before 5pm.  Deliveries within a 25 mile radius of Edinburgh are fulfilled by our own delivery vans, deliveries out of this area will be fulfilled via our distribution partners at a cost of £6.95 plus VAT.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

All credit card payments will be subject to £6.95 plus VAT delivery charge regardless of area.

RETURNS

Returns must be in original packaging or we cannot accept goods.  All returns, errors or shortages must be notified within 3 days either by phone 0131 553 2929 or by email: sales@paperplus.co.uk
